Stress Management in Times of Crisis Workshop


The Catalyst Training is designed to enhance professionals’ personal skills in the workplace, thus allowing them to manage stress in times of crisis and help create a work environment that enables other professionals to work productively, develop, advance, and evolve in the areas of communication, prioritization, time and stress management, and employee relationship management.


The sessions will cover several segments, starting with thoroughly understanding the nature of stress and the importance of acknowledging its effect on an individual’s performance. Classes will also provide trainees with the essential skills to help others competently manage their stress to create an efficient work environment with manageable stress levels.
